We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement. If you believe that any content available on Netifun has been used or published without proper authorization, you may submit a formal DMCA takedown request.

1. Filing a DMCA Notice

To ensure a timely review, your DMCA notification must include the following information:

  • Your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address

  • A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed

  • The exact URL(s) on Netifun where the allegedly infringing material appears

  • Evidence that you are the copyright owner or an authorized representative acting on behalf of the owner

  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law

  • A statement that the information provided in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

  • Your physical or electronic signature

Incomplete requests may delay processing or may not be reviewed.

2. Review and Response Process

After receiving a valid DMCA notice, Netifun will:

  • Review the claim and verify the information provided

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content when appropriate

  • Notify the content provider or relevant party about the removal request

  • Take reasonable steps to resolve the matter in accordance with applicable laws

We aim to respond to legitimate requests as quickly as possible, though processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the claim.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content was removed or restricted in error, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:

  • Your contact information (name, address, email, phone number)

  • Identification of the content that was removed and its original location

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification

  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of your local court or applicable legal authority

  • Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, Netifun may restore the content unless the original complainant initiates legal action within the required legal timeframe.

Netifun reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe copyright or violate intellectual property rights.
